Who this policy covers

This policy applies to ifield.ae and describes how I-Field ("we", "us") handles personal information submitted by visitors through this website. It does not cover information collected offline, through other I-Field systems, or through third-party sites we link to.

What we collect

The website collects personal information only when a visitor submits it directly.

• Contact form — full name, email address and project details are required; company, job title, phone number and country are optional.
• Newsletter sign-up — an email address only.
• Analytics — if you consent, Google Analytics 4 collects pseudonymous usage data (pages visited, general location, device type). See the Cookie Policy for the full detail — nothing is collected here unless you actively opt in.

We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or sensitive categories of data through this site.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
• To send the newsletter to those who subscribe to it, and nothing else.
• To understand how the site is used, in aggregate, if analytics consent is given.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising — this site runs no advertising or remarketing tags of any kind.

Who we share it with

Enquiry and newsletter submissions are processed by service providers acting on our behalf, under their own data protection terms:

• An email-delivery provider, used to route contact-form submissions to our team.
• Google LLC, for analytics, only where consent has been given.

We do not otherwise share personal information with third parties, and we do not transfer it for marketing purposes.

Where it is processed

I-Field operates from nine offices across Hong Kong, mainland China, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Somaliland and the United Kingdom. Enquiries may be routed to the office best placed to respond, which can mean personal information is accessed from a country other than the one you submitted it from.

How long we keep it

Enquiry submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to the enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, and newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email info@ifield.ae. Depending on where you are located, you may have additional rights under local law — your adviser should confirm which apply and update this section accordingly.

Children's privacy

This website is directed at business enquiries from hospitality owners and operators, and is not intended for children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change with it.
